SMS Opt-In Process

This page documents how a consumer consents to receive a text message from Vblast Networks. It is the canonical description of our opt-in flow for carriers, regulators, and messaging partners.

How consent is captured (press-1 voice opt-in)

1. A consumer scans a printed QR Call code, which dials a Vblast Networks toll-free number. Scanning alone never triggers a text message.
2. The consumer hears a short pre-recorded voice prompt describing the offer, then:
   “… to receive this one-time offer by text message, press 1. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”
3. Pressing 1 on the keypad is the consumer’s express written consent (E-SIGN/TCPA). The keypress is recorded immutably with the call ID, the caller’s phone number, and a UTC timestamp, and retained as the consent record.
4. The consumer then receives ONE SMS. They are not subscribed to recurring messages.

“You have successfully opted in to receive this one promotional offer from Vblast Networks: 15% off at https://vblast.net. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”

Message frequency

One message per opt-in. No recurring messages. No subscription.

Opting out and getting help

• STOP: Replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) permanently blocks further messages to that number.
• HELP: Replying HELP returns: “Vblast Networks: text STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP or visit https://vblast.net for support.”

Who sends the messages

All messages are sent by Vblast Networks (Many Enterprises Inc. dba Vblast Networks Inc.) from its own messaging account. Consumer phone numbers are used only after press-1 consent and are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
